We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone, but may add your email to our distribution list for email communications to our customers. If you would prefer not to receive those communications, you may indicate that upon receipt by opting out of e-mails.

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.



REFUND POLICY FOR WEBSITE PURCHASES

There are no refunds so please place your orders carefully. If an exchange needs to be made, you must receive an authorized exchange number from the PPP office via email. You will be charged for any shipping costs associated with the exchange. We make every effort to fill your order with care--but if we make a mistake then we will exchange at our cost.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY POLICIES

Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of purchase if in stock. Monogrammed items take two to three weeks. If you need monogrammed items rushed, please make a note in the comment section. We will respond to you via email if the particular item can be rushed and additional rush charges.

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx and unless otherwise specified, the service will be ground. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:

-Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.

-Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you require express or 2 day shipping, please call us at 703-556-3237 to determine those rates.

-In order to expedite your order from outside vendors, we will have them drop ship directly to you. This means you may receive your order in more than one shipment.

PLEASE NOTE: Out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In state orders will be charged 6% sales tax



Certain oversized items have an additional charge associated with them and are listed in the description of the item. We will only charge the amount our carrier charges us for overweight packages such as certain Scout storage units.
